What's inside

Here's Exactly What You're Getting Access To

The calculator. The autopsy. The blueprint. Three assets, delivered the moment you enter your details.

Free Training · Part 1

The Deal Autopsy

  • See exactly how we evaluated a real UK dental practice from scratch. Revenue, costs, adjustments and red flags: the same process run on every deal before a pound changes hands.
  • Watch the numbers shift from asking price to what we actually paid, and the specific valuation moves that created day-one equity before the doors even opened.
  • Follow the full deal logic in real time. What made us proceed, what nearly killed it, and the single number that told us this practice was worth buying.
  • No hypotheticals. No sanitised examples. A live walkthrough of a completed acquisition, with the actual figures used to get it across the line.
Free Training · Part 2

The Buyer's Blueprint

  • The 5 myths keeping UK dentists stuck as associates, and why each one is costing you deals right now.
  • The 3-part acquisition framework that separates dentists who close confidently from those who overpay, stall, or walk away with nothing.
  • The rare opportunity most UK dentists don't know exists, and how a select group are already using it to acquire faster than they thought possible.
Free Resource

The Dental Deal Calculator

  • Run the real numbers on any practice in minutes. EBITDA, adjusted profit and true cash flow, so you know what a deal is worth before you sit across from a seller.
  • Model your offer, debt serviceability and post-acquisition income in one place, using the same framework that stress-tested every deal across £6M in completed acquisitions.
  • See instantly whether a practice cashflows from day one, breaks even, or bleeds, and by exactly how much, so you never overpay and never walk away from a deal that should have been yours.

Eight-Surgery Mixed Practice

Sale, Greater Manchester

A scaled mixed-income practice acquired through a structured lender approach, with 90% of the purchase price financed through specialist healthcare lending.

The practice carried a circa £1,000,000 NHS contract alongside a significant private income stream, giving immediate revenue diversification from day one of ownership.

Operational transformation post-acquisition focused on associate cost restructure and a therapist-led delivery model, reducing cost per UDA and improving free cash flow.

Six-Surgery NHS Practice + Freehold

Preston, Lancashire

An NHS-anchored practice acquired alongside the freehold property, a structure that immediately creates two separate asset positions: the practice goodwill and the underlying real estate.

With a £625,000 GDS contract and total revenues of circa £1,300,000, the practice offered a stable NHS income base with meaningful scope to grow private revenue.

Securing the freehold at acquisition eliminates long-term lease risk and creates refinancing optionality as the practice value increases, a model that compounds over time.

Why most dentists stall

No More Wondering Where to Start, Worrying You Can't Afford It, or Letting Fear Make the Decision for You

This training uncovers the hidden problems holding most dentists back from growing beyond the chair.

01You don't know where to even begin, so you stay stuck researching instead of buying.
02You're scared of making the wrong move and losing everything you've spent years building.
03You feel like acquisition is for dentists with more experience, more money, or more connections than you.
04You don't know how much capital you actually need, or where it would come from.
05You're already full-time in the chair and can't see how you'd manage an acquisition on top of it.

If that sounds like you, this is exactly what the Starter Kit was built to fix.

Model 10+ Years of Buying, Scaling and Operating Dental Practices

My background isn't dentistry. It's deals.

I spent my career on the buy side of complex transactions: M&A, distressed debt and equity research, making sure the numbers actually worked.

When I moved into dental acquisitions in 2020, I expected structure. What I found was chaos. Dentists overpaying, deals falling apart, and advisers who understood paperwork but had never negotiated a deal in their lives.

It wasn't until I applied institutional deal discipline to dental acquisitions that everything changed, completing £5.9M across multiple sites. Since then I've been able to:

  • Build a repeatable acquisition framework from real completed deals
  • Identify exactly where dentists lose money, and how to prevent it
  • Operationally reposition each site to increase value from day one

Now I want to help you do the same.

Frequently Asked Questions

I've never bought a business before. Is this training right for me?

Yes. It was built specifically for dentists starting from zero. You don't need prior deal experience, a finance background, or a team of advisers around you. The training walks you through every stage, from finding the right practice to closing the deal, so your starting point doesn't hold you back.

I'm still full-time in the chair. Do I have time for this?

Most dentists who join are still treating patients full-time. Nothing here requires you to slow down, step back, or make any moves before you're ready. You learn the process first, then execute on your own timeline.

I don't think I have enough capital. Is acquisition really possible for me?

This is the most common assumption we hear, and it stops more dentists than anything else. Most successful acquisitions are not funded from personal savings. The training covers how deals are structured and financed, where the capital actually comes from, and how to make an acquisition work without putting everything you own on the line.

What if I buy a practice and it doesn't perform the way I expected?

Most deals go wrong not because the practice was bad, but because the buyer had no system for what to do after taking ownership. We cover how to assess true earning potential before you make an offer, so you're not walking in blind.

I already own a practice. Is this still relevant?

If anything, it's more relevant. Owning one practice puts you ahead of where most people start, but owning one and scaling to many are completely different games.

You already have the foundation. This gives you the framework to evaluate your next acquisition properly: how to analyse a second site, how to structure the deal, and how to avoid the mistakes that catch even experienced owners off guard when they move from one practice to two.

How is this different from googling it or watching YouTube?

Everything you need to know about dental acquisitions exists somewhere online. The problem isn't access to information, it's that none of it is sequenced, verified, or built around how deals actually work.

What you find online is fragmented, generic, and usually written by people who haven't bought anything. This is built entirely from completed acquisitions: real deals, real numbers, real mistakes. It's the framework we actually use, not a cleaned-up version of something that sounds good in theory.
